Got an Artista Wheel for Christmas, and have been impressed with it from the start. We're enjoying it immensely, and just bought static legs for it as well. Now we love it even more! I can't say enough about the studiness and stability, and how smoothly it runs! Easy to set up, easy to use, VERY EASY TO CLEAN!!! Best money we ever spent! Our pottery instructor knew that we were looking for a wheel and couldn't afford much, and he had high praise for the Artista, so we weren't worried in the least at our choice. I recently purchased a CI Clay Boss and I am EXTREMELY happy. I have been throwing pots for years on Brent wheels and they are definitely over rated. I decided to take a risk and pay HALF the price for one of your products and I am more than satisfied. I actually like my Clay Boss better than the Brent equivalent. I do not know where to begin to say thank you to all of you at Creative Industries. When Hurricane Katrina came to the coast I lost my pottery studio and my brand new Clay Boss wheel (still in the Box). I want to thank you all for repairing my Clay Boss pottery wheel. Thanks for your help placing another order for Artista Wheels. I have discovered that my Middle School students love them and can produce some amazing pieces. I teach 6, 7 & 8th grade art and my 7th graders are the best at the wheel. They are not inhibited; they try over and over and are willing to practice until they get what they want. At the present they are fulfilling an assignment I call "Tea for Two". The objective is to throw two cups approximately the same size and style and present them on a platter. It's amazing what they can do! That's why I am ordering three more wheels. I will have 9 in my classroom and hope to order at least thrree more next year so I have a dozen. I Bought Clay Boss a couple of months ago, and had some problems. I wanted you to know your crew at Creative, were great. I was treated wonderfully. I have told my friends and people in the pottery business how great you were at handling the problem. It took a while to get it straightend out but you took care of me. Everyone was very helpful. Footpedal arrived safely a couple of weeks back and I have been giving the wheel (the Artista) a good workout since............ am really pleased with its performance and will be retiring my old wheel for use, by students, at the local Arts Centre Pottery Studio........... can even hear the radio, for a change, without having to strain my ears....... Thanks again for your assistance, it's a great little wheel............ light enough to be easily portable, yet powerful enough to take anything I throw at it................
