Grinder Kit - GK Price: $399.00  A great innovative way to grind the bottoms of your fired pots and eliminate those unwanted glaze drips and sharp edges. This kit uses 3" diameter silicon carbide grinding belts that slide over a special 8" diameter rubber-backed wheel. The wheel is mounted on an arbor shaft and then installed on the shaft of a 1/3 horsepower motor complete with cord and switch. Due to the flexibility of the belt and rubber backing, this system grinds the entire bottom of the piece until it is smooth. Our belts also grind off small glaze drips and jagged edges quickly and easily.

Grinding Disc (Coarse) - G50 Price: $7.25  This is a 12" diameter silicon carbide grinding disc with a peel-off adhesive backing. The disk attaches to a 12" bat for easy grinding on your wheel. Spin your wheel at top speed and firmly set your pot on the disc and begin grinding. For best results start with G50 (course) and then use G80 (fine). Can be used with water to reduce dust.
